In Karen’s own words:
This book is a call to reimagine what’s possible when we center cultural knowledge, community voice, and digital sovereignty — especially in how we teach and use AI.
I’ll be sharing:
✅ A behind-the-scenes look at how the book came to be
✅ A short reading from one of my favorite sections
✅ And a conversation about what happens when education, equity, and tech collide

What is Yap Club?
Yap Club is one of my newest post-season segments in which I invite previous guests to read or share live their work, whether that’s writing, music, art, etc. it can be cathartic like Fight Club (the movie 🎥), but you can yap about it! It’s the live club that you can talk about. Well, you can find me in the club. 🎉 Because in the clurb, we all fam. 🗽 If you can’t tell, I’m a geriatric millenial, so I put like 3 millenial references there! 🤣
